2. Return Period

Customers may request a return within 24 hour(1 Day) from the date the product is delivered. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, accessories, and documentation.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
  • Zivpo reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.

  • Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.

6. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a Zivpo error (e.g., defective, incorrect, or damaged item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

7. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, Zivpo will process the refund within five (5) to seven (7) business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
  • Zivpo reserves the right to deny a refund or apply a partial refund if the returned product does not meet the stated conditions.

8. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
